Terms of Use
Welcome to the Terms of Use! In order to use my graphics or anything else offered on this site, I require you abide with these rules. Take your time and read through these, and it may save you a lot of internet drama/pain later on. :) If you have any questions, feel free to use the Contact Form.
General
Do NOT redistribute my graphics, I worked hard to make them, so it wouldn't fair for you to just take and give. Exceptions may be applied (Ex. Premade Layout done by someone and I, that person may have the premade for download at their site with no problem on my end.)
Please save images onto your own server (Basically, save the image to your computer and upload onto photobucket, tinypic, ect.)unless otherwise stated.
If there is no text on the graphic, feel free to put your name or something on it. Do NOT modify anymore of the graphic than that.
Banners, Icons, and Forum Signatures
If you use a banner on a splash page, just feel free to credit me on your credits page.
For a signature, credit me underneath the signature, or wherever you can find room.
Icons, depending on what you use them for, varies on credit. If it's on your own personal website then just link me on your credits page, if it's on livejournal, or something of the sorts, link me where you have all your credits (like for profile codes ect.)
Transparent PNG's and Wallpapers
You don't have to credit PNG's since it's hard to remember where you got it unless it's a PNG archive.
No credit needed for using Wallpapers, as they're meant for your own personal use anyways, on your desktop!
You may resize the wallpapers to your screen resolution whatever it may be for your computer only!
Premade Layouts
Keep the credits intact. I, and whoever else collaborated with me (if applicable), did the work on these, we deserve to have at least the credits we put on intact. I (we) may have used resources from third-party sites, which we would like to credit those sites for.
Don't edit the coding unless you know what you are doing. Yes, the credit rule still applies, but seriously, if you want to change the color of a header or something like that, go ahead. To take the coding without credit or screw it up and blame it on me (us) is unacceptable.
If there are goodies included in the file, then feel free to put your or your site's name on it. No further editing may be done.
